The Art Quilt Association, based in Grand Junction, Colorado, is a group of fiber artists from all over Colorado, as well as other states and Scotland. Specializing in quilts as art rather than bed coverings, they explore textile manipulation and diversity of mixed media as an art form. Established in 1996, AQuA has nearly 70 members.
