Retreat 2025: Creativity Abounds

“Creativity Abounds” is the theme for the 2025 AQuA retreat, March 6, 7 and 8. We will meet again at the Chipeta Golf Course, 222 29 Road, Grand Junction. The cost is $25 for the three days, held 9 am to 5 pm each day; and the retreat is come and go as to your schedule. Sign up to attend the retreat next at the February AQuA meeting or contact Jacque Weimer no later than February 28.
Payment is due at the February 20ht AQuA meeting but no later than the first day of the retreat.
Lunch will be provided on Thursday so an accurate head count and lunch selection are needed by Feb. 28.
Options for Thursday lunch are:
Mediterranean kale pasta salad, or
Chicken salad, or
Pulled pork sandwich
Table service will be provided for all 3 days. Bring your own snacks and snacks to share are always welcome.
Friday is pot luck lunch and Saturday attendees are on their own for lunch. The golf course sells a variety of soft drinks, snacks and ice is available.
On Thursday afternoon, a ‘Walk With Tana’ will treat us to her perspective of noticing and capturing those incredible camera shots she is famous for.
On Friday, Sharon will teach those wanting to learn how to felt wool with water. A list of supplies will be sent to retreat attendees via email.
Sylvia will be there TBA for those wonderful chair massages.
