Kudos Corners : Applause

Kudos Corners : Applause

This page is to highlight the art of our AQuA members getting out and into the world. Whether in publications, juried or open invite showings, near and far, it is in this space that we will give applause to our members accomplishments. Hip Hip Hooray for the talent in our group getting out into the world.

There is lots of fiber on display at Confluence Gallery. And some sales by our members. Woohoo for you!

Ruth Field won the 2026 Palisade Peach contest and was the first fiber entry winner.

Cindy William’s photo was featured in the Grand Valley “Spoke and Blossom” Magazine.

Linda Beach is featured in March issue of “Quilting Arts Magazine.”

Carol Schneider is in multiple exhibits the month, local and Australia. She has two collage books at the Main Library in Grand Junction in the Altered books exhibit. Member Daniela Schupp has and entry as well. FYI the “Book Jacket” sewn paper and fabric piece in this exhibit is a must-see example of creativity.

Carol’s Australia entry is in a show entitled is “Colour is the Hero” as part of the Rainbow Stash Challenge  2026 – Rainbow Stash Series – Australasian Quilt Convention | Australasian Quilt Convention. You may watch this video of the exhibit https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1B4NGCedHf/?mibextid=wwXIfr

Well done Carol!
